The Origin
RUACH (ROO-akh) was born in a season when life felt anything but alive.
After years of internal struggle, conflict, and unrelenting self-criticism, therapy revealed a hard truth:
I had spent much of my life speaking death to myself instead of life.
Depression wasn’t just something happening to me—it was reinforced by the words I believed and repeated in my own mind.
In that space, Scripture took on new meaning.
Life wasn’t about surviving or appearing strong.
It was about breath—God’s breath meeting human frailty.
What RUACH Means & Why It Exists
Ruach is the Hebrew word for breath, wind, and spirit.
It hovered over the waters at creation.
It animates dry bones.
It is the life God gives when we have nothing left to manufacture on our own.
RUACH was born from that truth: life is not earned through perfection or effort, but received through surrender.
RUACH exists to remind you:
You are still breathing.
You are still invited.
And life is still possible.
The Logo
The RUACH logo tells that story.
A fork in the road—life and death—yet both paths lead to the cross.
In the center stands an invitation, not condemnation:
Choose life.
Not because you’ve done everything right,
but because Jesus is still there.
